RETURNING CLIENT = 1 x 60min Session
Service Description
This is for RETURNING clients. NOTE: This session is scheduled for 60min, this gives yourself time to get into the room. The Spinal Energetics portion will most likely be shorter depending on what is needed & the time it takes to settle in.
Cancellation Policy
Payments: Sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred if notice is given in line with the cancellation policy below. Rescheduling & Cancellations: I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. With 48+ hours’ notice, your payment can be transferred to a new date. As sessions are prepared and held intentionally, cancellations or changes within 48 hours will result in the session being forfeited. If an unexpected emergency arises, please contact me directly. This allows me to honour both your time and mine, and to offer the space to someone else if needed. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will typically finish at the scheduled time to honour any people booked around you unless discussed otherwise. Full payment will still remain. Health & Readiness: Please arrive hydrated and ready, with an open heart and mind. If you are unwell, please reschedule with appropriate notice.
