Spinal Energetics is an energetic healing technique created by Chiropractor Dr. Sarah Jane, drawing inspiration from various energetic modalities and Eastern traditions. It blends philosophy with science to help release stagnant, stored energy within the body, manifesting as tension, pain, unprocessed emotions, or trauma. By releasing, unwinding & connecting with this energy - space is created for healing, forgiveness, letting go, and progressing in life.
As Spinal Energetics practitioners, we believe that every living being is not only a physical form but also an energetic one, extending beyond the physical - we are composed of multiple parts — emotional, mental, spiritual, and soul — all intricately linked to their own unique ancestry, experiences, stories and differences.

Energy can either be underactive or overactive, and our goal as Spinal Energetics practitioners is to assist clients in achieving balance, or homeostasis. Through gentle or even non-contact methods, breath & sound - clients’ own energy, intuition, and instincts guide natural movements and sounds to release stored tension, resistance, and unresolved stories within the body.
Spinal Energetics is not something practitioners "do" to clients; rather, it's a collaborative process that fosters deep self-awareness. This helps individuals recognise and address patterns of resistance or submission that may be affecting their overall well-being.
Drawing from a range of practices, Spinal Energetics integrates elements from Network Spinal, Kundalini Activation Process, Alpha Alignment, Shamanism, Inner Dance, Reiki, Esoteric Acupuncture, Craniosacral Therapy, Transpersonal Psychotherapy, Trauma Release, and Pranayama, alongside philosophies rooted in Buddhism, Hinduism, Chinese Medicine, Yogic, and meditative traditions.
