Service Description
Please book if this is your 1st session with me. There will be a form to fill out so I can get to know you better and get some basic background information. This will likely be longer than your follow up sessions as we spend time in the beginning getting to know each other, answering any questions and introducing the work to you.
Cancellation Policy
Payments: Sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred if notice is given in line with the cancellation policy below. Rescheduling & Cancellations: I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. With 48+ hours’ notice, your payment can be transferred to a new date. As sessions are prepared and held intentionally, cancellations or changes within 48 hours will result in the session being forfeited. If an unexpected emergency arises, please contact me directly. This allows me to honour both your time and mine, and to offer the space to someone else if needed. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will typically finish at the scheduled time to honour any people booked around you unless discussed otherwise. Full payment will still remain. Health & Readiness: Please arrive hydrated and ready, with an open heart and mind. If you are unwell, please reschedule with appropriate notice.
