With over 25 years of experience spanning energy work, holistic personal training, music, and movement, I’ve witnessed how sensitivity must be transformed into a strength, and how nervous system regulation and somatic awareness can shift even the most traumatic experiences.
My own path has included many moments of the above, imposter syndrome, self-doubt, disconnection and loss — which has lead me to the realisation that true power comes when you quieten down, tune in, and reconnect to your inner guidance.
That’s the foundation of OYV Energetics: helping you slow down to tune in and powerfully tune up. Through Spinal Energetics, sound therapy, yin, movement, reiki and my signature offerings, including: Meditate & Move and The V.A.L.U.E Yourself Formula, I guide clients back to their inner calm, confidence, safety, voice and flow.
Beyond just “thinking positive” or surface level techniques, this work is about body-mind-soul connection. Raising your vibration, by addressing the subconscious patterns, stored experiences and suppressed emotions that are holding you back.
I’ve always been fascinated with energy, feelings and emotions — how they shape us, sustain us, and sometimes derail us!
From the beginnings of what I now know as being a highly sensitive child, empathic and painfully shy to navigating the busy world of the music industry, performance, and success, I learned that sensitivity isn’t a weakness but it is the internal, intuitive compass guiding your life.
My path took me from studying personal development from an early age, working with hypnosis techniques to help change my inner dialogue and reframe situations, to a deep understanding and implementation of the Law of Attraction.
Then came a pivotal moment at a very low point in Egypt where I discovered Reiki and chakra work.
This is where I realised that energy was more than a concept — it is innate within us and is the thread running through every success, setback, and transformation in life.
Through years of study and self-discovery, I began to see a pattern: my greatest breakthroughs came when my energy was flowing freely and authentically, and my deepest struggles when it wasn’t.
That realisation changed everything. It taught me that success isn’t just about willpower or external achievement — it’s about alignment, awareness, and learning to truly value yourself and your feelings.

I quickly rose to International success as a DJ, headlining events across the world and achieving what I once thought was a lifelong dream — making Ibiza my home. Those career milestones, alongside opportunities in acting, presenting, and performing, were the result of passion, heart fueled alignment, and many moments of stepping into fear and judgement to follow what lit me up.
Life however, didn't always feel how it looked on the outside.
I found myself stuck & fearful of what to do...
(even when it looked like everything was going fine!)
There were times I hid from the world, feeling lost and unsure of my purpose.
But it was in that quiet, I studied and learned countless tools and techniques that I can now share with you.
One of the most profound discoveries of the last years has been Spinal Energetics — the missing link that connected everything I knew about chakras, energy alignment, with the spine & nervous system.
Everything changed & then I found Spinal Energetics...
